Kawasaki carburetor is an important part of motorcycle, known as the heart of engine. It’s matching with the engine determines the performance of the motorcycle. By readjusting the Kawasaki carburetor, the matching, power and fuel economy of the carburetor and the engine can reach the best state.

How to die cast Kawasaki carburetor?

Determine pouring temperature of Kawasaki carburetor. Due to the complex Kawasaki carburetor body, uneven wall thickness and poor filling capacity of aluminum alloy, generally the pouring temperature should be controlled between 650℃ and 680℃. The Kawasaki carburetor produced at this temperature has clear appearance outline and dense internal organization, but the premise is that there must be a correct die-casting process.

Determine the low speed of injection for Kawasaki carburetor according to the percentage of the volume of alloy liquid used in the casting in the total volume of die casting sleeve so as to avoid air entrainment in the process of low speed. At the same time, consider the temperature drop of liquid in the injection chamber. There are three kinds of liquid fluctuations formed when the punch moves forward in the injection chamber, but it is difficult to ensure that it moves forward in the form of laminar flow in practice.

The high speed is determined on the premise of the inner gate area, filling speed and filling time of the Kawasaki carburetor. Before determining the high speed, the filling time must be determined first. A long filling time is easy to cause Kawasaki carburetor defects, such as insufficient filling and cold shut of the casting. It may also cause loosen internal tissue and poor air tightness. The filling time should be as short as possible.

What should be noticed when die casting Kawasaki carburetor?

Attention must be paid to the mold temperature and pouring temperature for Kawasaki carburetor. Generally, the mold temperature should be controlled at about 20℃, and the pouring temperature should be controlled at 650 to 680℃.

Pay attention to the surface quality of Kawasaki carburetor. In case of cold shut-off and insufficient charging, adjust the high speed in time. If it cannot be solved, the pouring temperature shall be increased appropriately. Advance the fast transition point, and change the inner gate size if necessary.

Pay attention to the internal quality of Kawasaki carburetor. When there are sand holes and pores, it should first be considered that they are caused by too fast pouring speed or early transition point. The low-speed, high-speed and fast transition points shall be adjusted in time. The inner gate size can be increased to guarantee the filling speed and time.

The compactness and hardness of Kawasaki carburetor shall be distinguished. The hardness of the Kawasaki carburetor cannot reflect its compactness and mechanical properties. The hardness is only a reference value or the brittleness of the material can be known by measuring the hardness.

What is the skin separation of Kawasaki carburetor?

The Kawasaki carburetor body is mostly formed by zinc alloy die-casting, which cannot avoid the existence of skin separation. The traditional manual skin separation is not feasible and competitive. There are also many deficiencies in the later use of the die for cleaning the skin separation, multi-variety switching tension and low productivity.

The Kawasaki carburetor is assembled by many parts with precise processing and different sizes according to the technical requirements of the design. The main function is to prepare the combustible mixture with different concentrations and be fully atomized according to the requirements of various working conditions of the engine.

The previously used punching die for cleaning the skin should be used with the hydraulic press. The hydraulic press is insufficient that there are problems such as difficult de-molding, unclean flushing, punch collapse, and workpiece deformation.
