Before installing the throttle body, check whether all parts of the valve are in place and the model is correct, and check whether there is dust in the throttle body. And whether the bolts and gaskets used are complete. The throttle body and cylinder are closed. Install the cylinder on the valve. The installation direction is flat with the valve body. Check whether the screw hole is aligned. There will be no big deviation. If there is a little deviation, it will result in significant circumstance. Turn the cylinder block a little, and then tighten the screws. The throttle body shall be kept dry before installation and shall not be stored in the open air. Before installing the valve, we should ensure that there is no welding slag and other foreign matters in the track. The manual opening and closing resistance of the throttle body is moderate, and the torque of it should be matched with that of the selected actuator. Confirm that the flange welding is correct, and the valve shall not be welded after installation. The installed pipe flange of the throttle body shall be aligned with the valve. Confirm that the valve is aligned with the flange. Fully open the throttle valve and tighten the bolts in diagonal order with a wrench. Do not tighten the bolts without washers. Avert the bolts being too tight to prevent serious deformation of the throttle body.
